As a Psychiatric Nurse you will work closely with other members of the mental health team to provide patients with a full continuum of care including admission assessment, reassessment of patient needs and responses, devising and revising nursing care plans, identifying patient and familial educational needs and administering medication and evaluating the effects on the patient.
