Our Social Workers provide services across the continuum of care to patients of all ages in a multitude of settings including medical, surgical, obstetrics and gynecology, cardiac and critical care. In addition, we also provide social work services in our Emergency Departments and various ambulatory care programs such as prenatal care assistance and satellite dialysis. By collaborating with departments throughout the health system, our social workers find innovative solutions daily that offer patients new hope on their journey through the healing process.
