Working as vital members of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, our Physician Assistants provide diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive healthcare services as delegated by our physicians.
In this challenging and rewarding career, you’ll gain diverse experiences across a broad range of functional areas, with responsibilities including taking medical histories, examining and treating patients, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests and X-rays, making diagnoses and prescribing medications. You might also be called upon to treat minor injuries by suturing, splinting and casting. Additional duties might include recording progress notes, educating and counseling patients, and ordering or carrying out therapy.
