Description:
As a Business Systems Analyst, Human Resources Information Technology (HRIT) you will provide HRIT support for current and new functionality of Talent Management Systems including Applicant Tracking, On Boarding, Performance Management, and other systems. You will develop work plans, functional specifications and assist in developing and executing test scripts and plans related to rollouts, new business development and production support. In this role, you will provide support including upgrades, Service Packs, report creation and system maintenance. You will research, study and analyze TMS-related issues and provides appropriate resolution.
Responsibilities include:
1. Designs, modifies and maintains the Health System's Talent Management System (TMS).
2. Serves as key point person for TMS issue escalation.
3. Provides support and maintenance for applicant workflows including design and modification.
4. Manages candidate selection workflows.
5. Creates and modifies career section.
6. Oversees incident submittal and follows through. Liaisons with TMS customer support.
7. Develops TMS correspondence conceptualization and creation, and filed creation and layout. Manages TMS user types/groups/permissions.
8. Develops user defined forms and job templates.
9. Oversees and performs system optimization and user acceptance testing for system and integration modifications.
10. Performs related duties, as required.
11. Participates in all aspects of project/modification life cycle
12. Design and execute reports and queries as needed
13. Maintain configuration as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
- Taleo System Administrator certification, preferred.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience providing full configuration support and maintenance for Taleo applications, required. Experience with applicant tracking, on-boarding, performance management, Taleo Service Packs and Taleo Connect Client, required.
- Knowledge of Business Objects reporting capability, PeopleSoft and PeopleSoft integration, preferred.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively in writing and verbally, required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Project, required.
